Fishing back again!!
new discovery this week!!!!
web safe color palette~~ its developed by a few programmers that dosen’t even have a sense of design. and its used as some web developers has concers about other viwers that has lower ends cmputer that has some lousy graphic cards that view things in 256 colour or known as a 8 bit comp.
well its almost dead in todays context.
Please la… who still have those computer that works in nowday’s NTUC counter? thsoe 8 bit running computer? wel if no so, its pretty much dead..

What is page loading time and how it affects ur design….
interested to know? u experienced it im sure…. click a link.. and it takes longer than coffee making time , to open itself..
page loading time means the time needed to load a web page fully.. the slowest i know it should be would be 1-3 seconds or else any interested reader will still leave the page unread and jump on to another one : )
well if your designs has lots of pictures and lots of pop ups.. illustrations… big pictures photos… its gonna take ages to load… and imagine impatient people who went inside your links to search for picures and read ur posts and all they get is waiting time waiting time and wasting time. . .. they’ll never be back again.. and guess what…. all of us are impatient : )|
although connection speed plays a part.. well if we have a award winning design.. and it takes one hour to get in to the page.. well we fail that design even before seeing it.. FACE IT thats reality!!
okok i read that article and wa…
i think that being a web strategist dosent reali need a nice and booming adn flashing web page to attract people… we can actualli plan well and let everyone that visits the web to leave the web smiling and have their doubts cleared. the web design processes are very well , simply some common sense. we can actualli take time and discuss and more work can be built up than to bring in.
what i think its more important is handeling and improving a website with a procduct life cycle approach instead of a single project.
everyone can show up with a new product and promise and claim its a new promiss ot the new world. looking for a new company and venture beyond the project but to the life cycle of the websites over the next few years… its business objectievs that significantly be more effective and helpful..
